2. Blade stamping from cold-rolled steel strip with deburring and edge hardening controls
3. Blade assembly by cold pressure fitting or twisting onto core wire at specified pitch
4. Coating process (hot dip galvanize or PVC extrusion) and final heat treatment if required
5. Winding onto reels or forming concertina coils and final inspection including tensile and coating thickness tests
6. Export packing and labeling
